If you are interested in a technical discussion and high brow analysis of the complicated methods of wine making, don’t stop by from 5-7 p.m. this Friday, May 21. A rep from the irreverent, rebellious Four Vines winery will be pouring five of their highly rated, crowd pleasing wines: an unoaked chard, two zinfandels (including customer favorite Biker Zin) and two delicious red blends. This event will be fun, informal, and rumor has it anyone using the word “terroir” will be escorted out. Swag and Bissinger’s chocolate samples are making an appearance, as well.
