Perfect for the Superbowl!
Pair with: Zinfandel, petite sirah, grenache, syrah or riesling
2 (or more!) racks of baby back ribs, membrane removed
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Large Bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce (I like K.C. Masterpiece or Sweet Baby Ray’s)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 285 degrees.
- Season ribs with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- Cook ribs, about 15 minutes per side, on medium heat outdoor gas or charcoal grill to lightly brown, sear juices in and impart smokey flavors.
- Place racks in a large foil pan.
- Cover ribs generously with a large bottle of barbecue sauce.
- Seal the pan with heavy duty foil, trying to make it as airtight as possible.
- Place in the preheated oven and cook for 3 or more hours. No peeking!
