Our Wine Classes Are Fun, Informative and Informal

Our wine classes are designed to entertain and inform. It’s a great way to share a fun evening with old and new friends. Class topics vary, and are taught by seasoned wine professionals. Please call 636-405-0800 for more information.

 March and April Classes:

Say ‘Si’ to Italy, 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 16th.  Take an armchair tour of Italy, learn a little of the history, regions and grapes, and sample eight fantastic Italian classics.  You will then come to understand why WOW owner Karl is addicted to Italy.  $20.  Call 636-405-0800 for reservations.

South African Sensations, 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 31st.    South Africa is an up and coming wine region, producing some world renowned wines, including award winning sauvignon blancs, astounding chenin blancs and South Africa’s unique pinotage wine.  Fun wines, fun class. $15.  Call 636-405-0800 for reservations.

Classic California, 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 7th.  California accounts for 90% of all U.S. wines produced.  Come and learn all about the diverse wines, regions and history in this fun, informal class.  The best part?  You get to sample eight great California classics.  $20.  Call 636-405-0800 for reservations.

Earth Friendly Finds, 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 22nd.   What better way to celebrate Earth Day than toasting with eight “green” wines?  More and more winemakers are choosing earth friendly , biodynamic and organic practices to create outstanding wines.  Learn how dogs, sheep, chickens, owls, bees and flowers all help the process.  $20.  Call 636-405-0800 for reservations.
